As an alumni student of Brisbane Adventist College I value the community and education provided at this school. I have had the privilege of teaching on both the Primary and Secondary campuses since 2012, taking leave for a few years to raise my three incredible children, and have now re-joined the BAC team as a part of the Enhanced Learning Department.
I firmly believe that every student has potential and deserves to be loved, supported and provided with a quality education. I also love that within an Adventist school we can uphold a values-based system which goes far beyond the curriculum and really influences lives for a greater purpose.
As a Christian teacher, I see teaching as more than a job, but as a chance to make a real difference in the lives of the students I teach.
