Car park protocols
There are three main car parks for parents, students, and visitors to use at Brisbane Adventist College.
Gate 1 - car park
- Accessed via Broadwater Road, Mansfield
- Road and car park crossing supervised before school (from 8:30am)
- Please park your vehicle to escort Prep students to the Prep Centre, and Primary students to the school gate
- Visitors must sign in at the Administration office
- Suitable parking for events and programs held in the Multi-Purpose Centre (MPC)
Gate 3 - Drop and Go
- Accessed via Broadwater Road, Mansfield
- Before school (from 8:30am) and after school (from 3:00pm) teacher supervision
- Suitable for parents with Primary and Secondary students. Parents must remain in their vehicle for drop-off and pick-up
- Car park available to parents of the Early Learning centre only
- Access to and parking for Mt Gravatt Seventh-day Adventist Church
Gate 5 - Secondary Drop and Go
- Accessed via Wishart Road, Wishart
- Parents must remain in their vehicle for drop-off and pick-up
- After school (from 3:15pm) teacher supervision
Parents/caregivers
Drop-off and pick-up
Primary parents are able to come onsite and walk their child/ren into school in the morning without signing in. In the afternoon, Primary parents may collect their child/ren from the designated pick-up areas only.
Parents onsite during school hours (between 8:45am and 3:00pm/3:15pm) must sign in at the Administration office or Secondary Student Reception.
Parent/teacher appointments can occur onsite; however, visits are to be arranged with your child's class teacher.
Student walkers
The only Primary students with permission to walk across to Secondary for pick-up are the following:
- Students walking directly to the care of their parent/caregiver who works on the Secondary campus
- Students walking home via Wishart Road
- Students catching a council bus from Wishart Road
College events
For events held in the Multi-Purpose Centre, please enter through Gate 4, Wishart Road. This is the preferred entrance, as it's closer to the venue and sufficient parking. Alternatively, enter through Gate 1, Broadwater Road, and you will be directed to the best available parking spot.
For events held in the College Chapel (Mt Gravatt Seventh-day Adventist Church), enter through Gate 3, Broadwater Road, where you will be directed to the best available parking spot.
